Eldon Square Shopping Centre Kisok
Works were carried out at Eldon Square Shopping Centre in Newcastle upon Tyne to facilitate the installation of a new retail kiosk within the shopping centre.
The scope of works included:

Installation and positioning of a new kiosk unit within the designated area.

Provision and installation of electrical power supply to serve the kiosk.

Installation of lighting within the kiosk, including connection to the main electrical supply.

Testing and commissioning of all electrical installations to ensure compliance with current regulations and centre requirements.

Making good to surrounding areas upon completion of works.

All works were completed in accordance with site regulations, health and safety requirements, and relevant electrical standards.
IN-SYNC Barbers
Full internal fit-out of a new barbers store, including complete building, mechanical, electrical, and decorating works.

Full strip-out and preparation of the existing unit.

Construction of new internal partition walls and ceilings.

Installation of bespoke barber stations, cabinetry, and reception counter.

Mechanical installation including heating, ventilation, and associated pipework.

Electrical installation including new distribution board, power supplies, small power, feature and general lighting, emergency lighting, and data points.

Installation of plumbing services including hot and cold water supplies and waste connections to barber chairs and wash basins.

Floor finishes including preparation and installation of final floor coverings.

Full internal decoration including preparation, painting, and finishing of walls, ceilings, and woodwork.

Testing, commissioning, and certification of all mechanical and electrical installations.
Merryhill Shopping Centre Kisok
Works were undertaken to install a new retail kiosk within Merry Hill Shopping Centre.
The scope of works included:

Delivery, positioning, and installation of the kiosk unit in the designated trading area.

Installation of electrical power supply to serve the kiosk.

Installation of internal lighting, including connection to the centre’s electrical supply.

Installation of small power outlets for operational equipment.

Testing, commissioning, and certification of all electrical installations.

Making good to surrounding areas following completion of works.

Distribution Centre
Works were undertaken within an operational distribution centre for a large retail chain to upgrade and install new electrical and mechanical services.
The scope of works included:

Installation of new electrical power supplies to serve operational equipment and distribution areas.

Installation of new distribution boards and associated containment systems (tray, basket, conduit, and trunking).

Supply and installation of ATEX-rated lighting fittings within designated hazardous zones, in compliance with relevant explosive atmosphere regulations.

Upgrading and extension of mechanical services, including new mechanical supplies to support warehouse processes and environmental control systems.

Installation of associated cabling, isolators, control gear, and containment systems.

Testing, commissioning, and certification of all electrical and mechanical installations.

Coordination of works to minimise disruption within a live distribution environment.

All works were completed in accordance with current health and safety legislation, ATEX directives, relevant British Standards, and site-specific operational requirements.
